The Conan´s project its been in stand by for a long time. So I decided to buy a Hot Toys Commando head and send it to repaint and get a wig to simulate real hair. It was made by Dario Barbera, a great artist.

Decided to change the horrible body he came with for a new one, worldbox crazy durable. (but I will have to change his feet for the boots not to be loose.

Some update, the head has been casted by Frank Jaeger from Sean Dabbs design, hope they post pics of the wig soon. They made in some kind of fleshy semitranslucent material. Looks cool to me!!!

Unas cuantas fotos para ir calentando motores con esta pedazo figura. La cabeza expuesta es la que venía con el pack deluxe. He comprado otra con efectos de daño/battle damaged en ebay y está de camino.

A few pics of this amazing figure. Note that this is the normal head that came with the deluxe set, I purchased a battle damaged from ebay and it is on its way.

Aquí tenemos a Conan con la cabeza adaptada al cuerpo de John Matrix de Commando de Hot Toys. Tuve que hacer el agujero en la cabezza muy profundo para que le entrara el cuello (más ancho y alto de lo normal). Primero unas fotos previo al ajuste de la cabeza y posteriormente con la cabeza adaptada.


Here we have the Conan head adapted to fit in the Hot Toys Commando John Matrix figure. I had to dremel the head deeper than ever in order to fit in a wider and larger neck  than usual. First a few pics of the head before and after dremeling.

Hope to be able to publish news from Gladiator soon. I am trying to Attach a new head, new body and items to make a more accurate representation of the Ridley  Scotts film. I own the Kaustic Plastik Arena Fighter and I am making some changes. Since I am not happy with the head it comes with, I decided to buy the Battle Damaged one that comes with Pangaea´s mixing it with Kaustic Plastik´s  other items.

I am trying a new mod on Conan, bought a custom unpainted Conan head, and a female wig. I will try to make a bald head, then attach the wig and finally cut the hair to the roper lenght. Wish me good luck
